NLC Asks NAGRAT To Go To Court |

By Salifu Abdul-Rahaman Monday, 08 January 2007 THE chairman of the National Labour Commission (NLC), Joseph Aryitey, has challenged the leadership of the National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT) to expedite action on its decision to seek the Supreme Court’s interpretation of some provisions in the Labour Act 651 in respect to the issuance of bargaining certificates.
This, he noted, will put to rest on the issue of who is eligible for a bargaining certificate.
