Ghanaian Missionary Shot Dead In Nairobi 3/13/2007
Nairobi) - A priest of the Society of the Missionaries of Africa (M. Afr) also known as the White Fathers has been shot dead in Nairobi. Fr. Martin Addai, was killed after his car was hijacked on the road leading from the society''s formation house to Mombasa Road last Saturday, March, 10, 2007, in South B area.



Born in Ghana on November 12, 1960, Fr. Addai was the Rector of the Missionaries of Africa Formation House for Theology located in South B.


He was also a lecturer in Medical Ethics, at Tangaza College, a constituent college of the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA).


In a short communiqué sent to CISA by Brother Anthony Baaladong, Superior for the Sector of Kenya, a post mortem will be performed on Tuesday March 12, 2007.


Police will also issue a comprehensive report on investigations. More details will be announced later.
