| Feuding Pastors At It Again |

The ?30 million at the centre of a bitter conflict between two ministers of the gospel, Pastor Love Hammond and Bishop Michael Osei Bonsu, has finally been erased from the books.
That conclusion was the result of the benevolence shown by Pastor Love to Bishop Osei Bonsu who is waiting to be flown out of the country to be treated for a protracted illness.
According to medical sources, the Bishop needs to raise ?570 million to undergo surgery outside the country, and as his contribution towards that, Pastor Love told Graphic Showbiz that he had forfeited the ?30 million which he claims the bishop owes him.
Pastor Love, the General Overseer of Life Power Miracle Church, said though the Bishop accused him of being the cause of his ailment, a good Christian did not have to pay evil with evil and that is why he had written off the debt.
?By God''s grace, doctors have been able to diagnose the sickness and now everybody is aware that Bishop?s ailment is not spiritual and not the result of a curse.
He just wanted to gain favour from the public, because he knew he cheated me, and he also wanted to tarnish my image, but he has failed.
I went to his house to pray for him but he sacked me and told me that he does not want to see me ," Pastor Love added.
It would be recalled that in the December 7-13 edition of the Graphic Showbiz, Bishop Osei Bonsu claimed that Pastor Love had cast a spell on him and made him bleed because he (Pastor Love) had earlier on threatened to make him bleed to death, and even went further to give him a specific date on which he would be plagued with the ailment following the Bishop?s failure to pay an agreed sum of ?70 million to the pastor concerning a music business the two transacted.
According to Pastor Love, all the claims that Bishop Osei Bonsu had made constituted a big lie.
?I did not threaten to kill him; neither did I give him any specific date to expect sickness with blood oozing out of his nose.?
Pastor Love said he was still surprised that a man of God like Bishop Osei Bonsu had entertained fear of being affected by a curse or the power of juju when he should have exercised faith in God.
?The Bible says that a curse can never hurt a person unless he deserves it, and if the Bishop says he is suffering because of a curse or juju invoked on him by me, then I doubt his credibility as a servant of the most high God.?
But in spite of all the denials, Bishop Osei Bonsu still insists that his predicament is the result of juju, invoked against him by Pastor Love.
?Though I am a man of God, any other person might have felt the same way I did.
He threatened to make me bleed to death and even went further to give me a specific date that I would be plagued with the sickness. I was then attacked by that sickness on that very day specified by the pastor,? he said.
Bishop Osei Bonsu said he still believed that juju power could never have any effect on his life since he served an all-powerful God.
