Guinness supports Apam festival
Apam, Sept 24, GNA - Guinness Ghana Limited on Friday presented some products of the company, cash and ''''T'''' shirts to the Apam Festival Planning Committee for the celebration of their annual Akomase Akwanbo festival.
Mr Kingsley Edu Baffour, the Sales Manager who presented the items, said the company was committed to the development of tourism, hence the sponsoring of major festivals.
Mr Francis Ewool, Central Regional Sales Executive Officer, said the support was in line with a wider corporate objective of enhancing Ghana''s rich cultural heritage.
Mr. George Koomson, the Chairman of the Apam Town Council, thanked Guinness for the donation.
