| Missing Ghanaian Actress Found In Holland |

News-One sources in faraway Holland say they have found Mavis Adjei, one of Ghana’s beautiful actresses in Holland. Mavis has been missing on Ghana’s movie screens close to three years.
She is rumoured to have gotten married in Holland to her longtime boyfriend and currently has a baby. Mavis hails from the diamond town of Akwatia in the Eastern Religion of Ghana. She had her secondary education at Swedru Secondary School in the Central Region of Ghana from 1994 to 1996.
With over a number of films to her credit, her film roles include Diary’, ‘Love & Politics’, ‘Church Money’, ‘Obaa Pa’ and many others. She also starred in numerous TV series in Ghana.
She used to be one of the A-list actresses back in the days. But she has abandoned the industry for what most people described as greener pastures like actors Nat Banini, and Sheila Nortey among others did.
A check on her Wikipedia page also revealed she lives in Holland with long time boyfriend Geoffrey Osei-Bonsu, a popular TV Director/Business Executive with whom she has a daughter Tyra. In November 2008, she was reported as having given birth to a son.
Photos on her facebook page to some extent confirmed some of the rumours. However, it appears she has not lost touch with home as her photos with actress Jackie Appiah, Kwabena Kwabena and CEE of mentor fame on her page confirmed that.
Now she appeared to have put on weight, yet she looks beautiful as usual. It is not clear if she has abandoned acting for good.
