| Jackie Appiah Out With A Debut Single |

After news broke out that the most sought after actress in Ghana presently, Jackie Appiah was adding singing to her very demanding acting career, several questions were asked most of which still remain unanswered.
The actress who has no music background whatsoever and never expressed any interest in music has decided go into music. Jackie Appiah took her chances and the end result has indeed justified the bold decision.
The first outcome is a debut single recorded in one of the most professional music recording studio in Ghana, Title Track studio in Dansoman and produced by renowned veteran producer Zabb Mallet.
Though the actress has admitted that singing is not easy, her voice delivery on the song spoke for itself. The song also happens to be the theme song for UB Hair relaxer new promotion drive “THE JOY OF RELAXING GENTLY”.
Speaking to Peacefmonline.com Jackie Appiah who is presently on location in Nigeria said she felt very privileged working with a great producer like Zabb Mallet in the studio and working on set with Hammer. “It was a good experience and I know we will definitely work together again”. She said she had no idea what musicians go through in the studio until her recent experience.
A music video which has been turned into a Television commercial has been finally release as a follow up to the audio release. The commercial which is currently running on major Television networks in the country, was shot at Citizen Kofi in Osu and the La Beach both in Accra, was directed by Kofi Nti popularly known as Hammer for Hammer Productions. The simple and straight forward TV ad also stars like: Actress Kalsoum Sinare, Radio Presenter Kwame Fakyi, Actor Ekow Smith Asante, Hi-Life singer Kofi B among others.
Sharing his experience on working with Jackie, Mr. Emmanuel Kofi Nti CEO of Hammer Productions who was in charge of creating the video, said “No wonder Jackie Appiah is such a great actress.
She made everything so easy for me and above she has a very adorable personality”. Hammer Productions, a marketing and branding company has produced TV and Radio commercials and mounted giants billboards all over the country since 2002 and according to Hammer this is one of his best productions.
