Frank Rijkaard, Dutch trainer for FC Barcelona, has been named the best football coach of 2006 by the international federation of football historians and statisticians (IFFHS). Rijkaard takes the title for steering Barcelona to the Spanish premiership title and the Champions League. ''It was team work,'' said the former Dutch international.
