Free Reception For Black Stars In Germany
The senior national team, the Black Stars will receive free reception in Germany for their pre-world cup finals camping and preparations.
The Federal republic of Germany has extended this gesture to the Black Stars as part of the cordial relationship that exists between the two countries. In effect the Stars will have 10 days free of all expenses and a choice of base for the world cup finals in summer next year.
The minister of education and sports Yaw Osafo Maafo has indicated that the German government has offered the team ten-days stay free of all expenses with the choice of the city to be made by Ghana. ‘We will decide on the city after the World Cup draw because we want to be near our World Cup match venue’, he emphasised.
