Tema Golf Club to elect new Officers
Tema, Dec. 12, GNA - Tema Country Golf Club would go to the polls on Saturday, December 17 to elect new Executive Officers to replace the current officers whose term of office expires at the end of December this year. Mr Ebenezer Adabalanu, Chief Executive Officer of the Club who announced this at Tema on Monday, named the positions to be contested for as Captain, Vice Captain, Secretary, Competition Secretary, Treasurer and a House Member. He said all the current executive members are seeking re-election. Meanwhile there would be a One-Day 18-Hole Stable-ford golf competition on the elections day.
More than 100 members of the Club are taking part in the competition, which is being sponsored by the Trustees of the Club. The Club would round off this year''s activities with the Afariwaah Invitational Championship scheduled for Saturday, December 24.Source:
