Burkina Faso captain quits |

Burkina Faso captain Mahamadou Kere has quit international football for personal reasons. Kere has subsequently been left out of a 22-man squad named for Sunday''s African Nations Cup Group Seven qualifier against Mozambique.
Kere, who plays for Charleroi in Belgium, said he was retiring from international football for personal reasons but gave no further details.
The Stallions coach Didier Notheaux, returning for his second spell with the west African country, has handed a first call up to AJ Auxerre striker Alain Traore.
Another striker Moumouni Dagano, who won the French Cup this month with Sochaux, returns after injury.
Burkina Faso play in Maputo on Sunday with four points in the standings to just one for their Mozambique hosts.
Senegal lead the group standings with six points.
