Tunisia hand Zaalani six-game ban 1/26/2007
Tunisia international Chokri Zaalani has been banned for six domestic matches for making obscene gestures at opposing supporters on Sunday.

The Tunisia Football Federation (FTF) were unhappy with the way the Club Africain defender celebrated the 1-0 derby win over Tunis arch-rivals Esperance.

Thanks to an 88th-minute goal, Club Africain defeated Esperance for the first time since 1997.

The FTF also fined Zaalani, who has one cap, for his gestures after a win which maintained Club Africain''s lead at the top of the championship.
